Description:
-Great at Recruiting and Sourcing to attract qualified candidates with skills and behaviors that want to be successful with a large online Real Estate Company based in Seattle. You’ll focus on real estate candidates for all levels of roles.
-Identify local events that should be attended by you and the team. You will also seek out additional venues for advertising and brand exposure.
-Pre-screen candidates, make sure they align with standards and company culture.
-Organized and great with time management
-Advise hiring leaders. Use data to influence change, map effective selection processes and recruitment plans, then execute consistently.
-You'll work closely with the Recruiting Manager to develop strategy and guide the team to evolve and achieve success.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Sales and Insurance recruiting preferred
-Ability to learn real estate lingo
-ATS System- Workday preferred
