Aston Carter is hiring for Skip Tracer Representatives located in central Carmel, IN.
$18/hr // 8A-5PM M-F
Job Responsibilities:
This role requires someone to track down vehicles that are in loan default, using all available resources including calls, social media, etc.
• Communicate verbally and systematically with clients and/or contractors to complete assigned tasks
• Provide updates regarding account status and service levels; recommend changes if needed
• Obtain new leads on customers / collateral locations
• Obtain any necessary documentation or guidance to pursue the collateral/customers (i.e. Credit Applications/Reference sheets and prior communication with their customer)
Must Have:
- Prior customer service collections, banking, or military experience
- Computer skills - able to navigate various Social Medias, Microsoft Office, dual monitors
- Strong organizational skills
