Description:
Being able to use a calculator and figure out how much to make an adjustment for. For instance, pro-rated billing, if a customer cancels their service in the middle of a billing cycle you will need to figure out the credit needs to be and make that adjustment on their account.
Looking for someone who has basic math skills and is comfortable using a calculator.
Setting up Sales appointments, taking payments, cancelling accounts answering billing questions are some of the basic duties. Will be handling both incoming and outgoing calls. Requires basic math skills to do calculations over the phone or through chat- calculating bills, cancelling payments, etc
