Hiring 100% Remote Customer Service Reps/Open Enrollment candidates to join the team! Must have your own computer w/ camera for the first 3 weeks!
Job Description:
- Verify eligibility for coverages/review healthcare options etc.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience
- Reset passwords, assisting with creating accounts, uploading documents
- Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
- Help customers manage their accounts
Qualifications:
- Must have your own computer with a camera for the 1st 3 weeks of training, then equipment will be provided after
- 1 years of customer service experience (open to retail, hospitality, food industry)
- Ability to work within multiple screens and comfortable handling phone calls
- Must be open to work a 40 hour week, 8 hour shift, Mon-Sat from 8am-7pm EST
