What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Representative position at Aston Carter?
Position: Trust and Safety Representative
- Review/complete Safety Incident Reports and take the appropriate actions
- Review/complete Appeals and take the appropriate actions based
- Triage our legal escalations queue by quickly diagnosing the type of case, labeling it appropriately, and escalating it to the appropriate team
Pay: $20/hr
Start Date: 03/20/2023 (3 weeks of on site training in Tempe, then you'll work fully remote)
Schedule: Evening/PM Shifts (also overnights available)
- 12:00pm-8:30pm
- 1:00pm-9:30pm
- 1:00pm-9:30pm
- 1:30pm-10:00pm
- 12:30pm-9:00pm
- 2:00pm-10:30pm
- 1:30pm-10:00pm
Qualifications:
- MacBook experience & Salesforce
- 3 years of related professional work experience
- Attention to Detail – experience working through cases, analyzing data, reviewing reports and documentation
- Able to identify trends, and problem solve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills--including top notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually
- Previous experience with adjudications, queue-based casework, and government documents
- Experience dealing with casework that might be sensitive in nature. NEED TO HAVE emotional stability.
