What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Advocate position at Aston Carter?
Hiring ASAP: Customer Advocate (Fully On-Site)
Looking for a candidate that is adaptable in changing situations and eager to contribute to the team!
What would I be doing?
- Provide accurate and consistent communications to internal and external customers via phone and email
- Take in customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Exercise problem resolution skills and ensure customer satisfaction
- Review inventory/order reports to ensure accuracy and correct any discrepancies
- Perform inventory management and accurately log data in company systems as it pertains to product inventory
- Manage shipments and ensure timely updates around orders and deliveries
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external customer contacts
What are the qualifications?
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
- 3-5 years manufacturing industry experience is a MUST
- 3-5 years of customer service experience or experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office and database systems (Word, Outlook, Excel) and typing skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn/take initiative
- Strong problem resolution skills
What is the schedule?
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- FULLY ON SITE ROLE
