Job Description:
Customer Care Agent
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and perform basic data entry tasks.
- Manage a high volume inbound calls per day assisting customers billing and payment services for traffic violations.
- Resolve customer complaints over the phone in a warm and timely manner.
- Prior call center experience is a plus, but not required!
Benefits of the Position:
- Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm schedule
- Ability to work from home based on performance
- Pay starting at $15.50/hr with raises at 6 months and 1 year
