Telecommunication Company in Valley Stream NY is hiring a Supervisor in their Call Center Office!
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am - 4pm
Job Description:
The Call Center Supervisor is part of a team of representatives responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. The Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for the Call Center Representatives - assisting with any questions and ensure procedures and protocols are being followed.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify Representative customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build relationships with internal teams
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Lead or Supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
