This is a call center environment. Training is 2-4 weeks (all depends on how well you can progress and how serious you take training) and after you will either go remote or hybrid. A laptop will be issued out along with any other equipment needed to do this job.

Job Description:

  • Examines, assesses, and combines data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization.
  • Pinpoints needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.
  • Records employee enrollment in benefits. Explains and interprets more complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents.
  • Utilizes specialty in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring more in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures than the Benefit Clerk.
  • This is a paraprofessional job and excludes jobs whose responsibilities typically require a four-year college degree. All are welcome to apply.

Special Skills:

  • Customer service oriented
  • Confident and comfortable on a phone
  • Call center, retail, sales, recruiting, data entry, or any fast pace experience

Testing Requirements:

There are 2 tests - one is a 3 minute typing test and the other takes 30 minutes and is an audio typing test (listen and type what you hear).

Must be able to type 35-45 WMP.
