Description:
A Subject Matter Expert that is responsible for the ongoing analysis of data quality trends, training, project support, etc. Activities include, but are not limited to, mentorship within the team, working with IT to ensure business requirements are met, developing workflows, training new staff, working with business partners to ensure that customer needs are met, assist with developing and providing metrics, managing projects for the Receivables Management Team, managing completion of receivables reports and analysis to provide required information including process improvement recommendations for Receivables Management team members, managers, senior leaders and global leaders.
• Harmonize policies, procedures, processes, and data quality across all companies and lines of business. By driving best practices within the Receivables Management Team including adherence to policies, procedures, and quality assurance. The duties will include but are not limited to creation and documentation of changes to policies, procedures, and workflows, ensure records are kept satisfying audit and statutory requirements, recommend process changes to improve quality and efficiencies, and assist with the coordination of audits and control reviews as necessary.
• Be a cross-functional liaison with your business partners both internal and external (may include Operations, Underwriting, IT, Claims, Brokers and other Finance staff) on issues related specifically to Customer Service / Collections and Cash Application and work with the Receivables Management Team to ensure that the needs of all business patterns are being met throughout the department
