Aston Carter is currently looking for Denial Specialists and Billing Representatives for a large hospital in the East Bay Area!
Description:
Denial Specialist. 6 mos -12 months working in a Hospital Business Office, experience with following up on denied accounts, appeals, and reconcile the denial and ensure payment.to the Hospital. Medi-Cal experience is a big plus for this work. Also, in the absence of Denial specific work, we will talk to someone that has extensive experience in a Hospital Setting doing account follow up and resolving balances to ensure timely payment to the hospital. EPIC experience required.
Escalate denial or payment, escalate appeals, follow guidelines for appeals resolution, adhere to timelines for appeals, generate appeal based on dispute, research contract terms, work payer projects as directed.
