Description:
The primary role of the Digital Designer is to create website designs and social media advertising campaigns from conceptional development to tactical execution within a unique, fast-paced group supporting innovation activities at a large CPG (consumer product goods) company.
- Create, edit, and adapt static and dynamic assets across a variety of formats to support digital and social media advertising campaigns.
- Execute and own visual design stages from concept to front-end development handoff to back-end development.
- Create visual assets and design responsive website experiences within Shopify and Squarespace to support non-salable and direct to consumer sites.
- Create wireframes and web designs, collaborating with developers on implementation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, balancing fidelity and speed based on the project need.
- Balance concept development, design and production work on multiple projects from inception to launch.
- Provide copywriting support and guidance throughout ad and website creation.
- Contribute new ideas and creative design solutions to meet current trends and evolving technologies
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital design role, within a creative agency, or in-house creative environment.
- Proficiency in Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in motion graphic creation, including Premier Pro & After Effects
- Mobile app, responsive design, and interactive design experience.
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS and experience collaborating closely with developers on website development
- Knowledge of web accessibility and WCAG requirements
- Experience generating video assets for social media preferred
- Copywriting skills and experience are a plus
- BA or BS in digital design, art, or similar field preferred.

Salary : $40 - $50
