Now Hiring – Entry Level Accounting
AR Specialist
A Day in the Role…
- Responsible for itemization, upload, and submission of invoice information into customer web portals
- Follow-up in web portals for status of previously submitted items that remain unpaid
- Email invoice and work ticket PDF files to customers, where required
- Preparation of summary billing using Microsoft Excel and/or WordAssist
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Accounting or Billing
- Experience with Customer Outreach
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically word and excel (Reconciliations, Formulas, Data Validation)
