Job Description:
• Answering customer related questions, inquiries pertaining to their purchases etc. (you'll receive approximately 200 phone calls daily)
• Process correspondence in an accurate timely manner
• Perform miscellaneous task as assigned
• Strengthen legal and operational compliance by strictly following all company policy and procedure
• Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
• Identify root cause of customer delinquency; generate effective solutions for AHFC and customer by using negotiation skills and educating the customer.
• Maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Good understanding of navigating Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
- High level customer service experienced required.
- Call Center Experience preferred but not required.
- Held at least one year at each job listed on your resume.
- Open to working from home AND in office (hybrid schedule) (Training is ON SITE at Alpharetta Office and then remote afterwards)
