What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level - Service Router position at Aston Carter?
Description:
• Receive, resolve and route inbound calls for alarm repairs from both customers and technicians
• Schedule and route service tickets for alarm repairs
• Assist customers calling with need of repairs with scheduling
• Assist alarm/security techs with their routes and schedule management
o Ensure alarm techs are on time in their routes, call customers to reschedule if not able to make it
• Provide information for service managers with requests on follow up tickets
• Empathize and de-escalate customers who are in need of repairs and can potentially be upset about this
