Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Pay: $17/hr
Training: First two weeks, 8 AM - 5 PM CT
Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM
Contract-to-hire
Qualifications:
- 1 years of customer service or call center experience
- Above average technical proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- WPM 35
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Description:
- Responsible for connecting with Medicaid members over the phone and resolving issues on their Medicaid Management Information System.
- Resolving issues such as availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel.
- Assisting customers receive coverage, answering questions about plans, changing plans to better fit customer needs.
- Assisting customers with third party benefit information - HSA, HRA, Medicaid, Medicare
- 60-80 calls daily
