Aston Carter is searching for a health care customer service representative who has experience with high volume of inbound calls within a call center environment.

A Day in the Role:
- Answer phones and provide information to callers; Take messages and route calls as appropriate.
- Understand the organization and help navigate patients through it.
- Maintain office appearance on a daily basis.
- Schedule appointments
- Copy and shred as directed
- Remind patients of upcoming appointments.
- Facilitate new patient registration.
- Receive and process fees or credit card payments prior to client appointments.
- Determine client/patient eligibility.
Requirements:
- 1 years oh health care call center experience
- Experience with taking high volume of inbound calls
- Good tenure 1 year in each position
- Must have at least high school diploma
