Voice Ordering Support Representative
Start Date: 1/30
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Worksite Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Contract Length: 3-6 Month Contract to Hire
Regular Hours: 5am-12am Mon-Sun (Open availability required – will be assigned either Morning, Afternoon, Evening, over Overnight shift. Shift bids twice annually based on performance. )
Training: 2 weeks training Mon-Fri Normal Business Hours
Responsibilities:
- Support inbound calls for live orders for DoorDash's partner Merchants & Customers while maintaining 5 star customer service.
- Develop an extensive expertise in how DoorDash uses its processes & system to promote positive outcomes.
- Operate with a willingness to grow with a diverse team that has passion for what we do & the impact we are making toward this industry.
- Go above & beyond to create the best possible outcome for our customers.
