Description:
As a key member of the career development initiative, you will support employee surveys and lead the career path project, which includes building job profiles with competency modeling and supporting training materials. This contract position additionally provides operational support to the Human Resources team across training, organization development, and business partner support for client-related activities. They will also provide thought leadership by identifying, championing, and implementing best practices across relevant HR systems.
Responsibilities:
• Develop evaluations/surveys and analyze the results to uncover employee insights
• Partner with functional leaders and HRBPs to customize job profiles and career paths
• Provide tools to support career paths and development pipelines (e.g., job aides, webcasts, training programs)
• Create and manage knowledge, skills, and competency library
• Create and present workshops to introduce career paths to employee population
• Develop and execute project management, communication, and evaluation plans
• Other HR operational and administrative support to the HR team – will be fluid and will depend upon work streams at any particular time.
