Required:
- 7 years of HR experience with at least 2 of business partnering
- Experience with Workday integrations/implementations
- A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in HR
Job Description (including duties, skills, and education):
· Partner across the People team Change Leads and Workday launch team partners on day-to-day responsibilities to support the strategy
· Responsible for coordinating efforts cross-functionally, inclusive of scheduling and agenda building
· Drive project milestones and deliverables with urgency and perseverance
· Communicate key status updates to project partners and business teams, accommodating multiple time zones to support international business partners and project teams.
· Plan, develop, and deliver customer engagement & presentations during key business events to promote the adoption of processes and solutions
· Document change management goals, success criteria, and metrics
Responsible for:
· Scheduling
· Using the company tools and applications (Composer, Events, Keynote, Surveys, iCal, etc.)
· Organizes and maintains key project milestones, activities
· Pulling and analyzing project data
Can demonstrate:
· Strong communicator
· Critical problem solver
· Comfortable engaging with leadership at all levels
· Takes initiative and is collaborative
Has experience:
· With HR practices and processes
· Supporting cross-functional collaborations
· Balancing multiple priorities
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in HR
