What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Analyst position at Aston Carter?
In partnership with HR Business Partners, the HR Analyst drives process improvement and deploys new functionality. This role requires working closely with members of Human Resources and senior leadership.
Description:
- Partner with MYHR team to support employees and managers.
- Coordinate, create and analyze workforce reports such as turnover, hiring, headcount, tenure, demographics, etc.
- Collect and analyze data, track trends and developments. Presents HR analytics formatted for senior leadership consumption.
- Conduct studies, perform research and prepare reports.
- Reviews, interprets, and recommends policy, process or program improvements.
- Participate in working groups, training initiatives, Workday testing, councils, and committees.
- Derive conclusions and make recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
- Collaborate across the HR function to promote good data stewardship and timeliness of transactional data entry.
- Responds to employee and manager questions.
- Co-manages HR Portal and extends the portfolio of Workday reports.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Human Resources or Data Analysis experience
- Advanced Excel Experience
- HRIS or HCM experience
Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
- Hybrid Model: Two days in office, three days remote
