What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Aston Carter?
Description:
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT staff and external vendors on all projects and production support activities, including problem solving and troubleshooting system and data related issues.
Developing functional requirement specifications and test scripts and testing and implementing system changes and enhancements.
Ensures the effective reporting and analysis of HR data to support operational and strategic decisions.
Assist in identifying new HR needs for the improvement and growth of the HRIS infrastructure and HRIS systems.
Make alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary.
Provides technical administration support for the Kronos time and attendance application as well as responsible for regular time administration process for ongoing payroll.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
5 years’ experience in the field or in a related area.
Kronos & HR experience preferred.
Prior experience working within structured projects a plus.
Must be detailed oriented, able to work independently and have strong organizational skills.
Able to effectively work as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time and be able to effectively handle changing conditions.
Must be able to travel overnight as required (minimal).
Technical Skills - Proficient report writing experience.
MBA Preferred
