Location: Madison Heights, MI
Schedule: Full Time Between 8AM – 430PM - Monday through Friday.
* Occasional OVERTIME may be required *

Main Purpose of Position: Identifying document types, naming and transferring data. Attention to detail is key! There are about 400 different document types, and they are taught to you during training. How to identify each one and how to classify each one, will be taught.
- Copy and paste from data reports. Property report, deeds and mortgages to validate names and detail.
- Identify mortgage document details.
- Working with deeds of trust and mortgage documents.
- Pulling data from documents using copy and pasting it to a different screen for financial institutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Comfortable with data entry, repetitive work.
- Detail oriented.
