Description:
Member Care Specialists are experienced Customer Service Representatives who are Rockstar problem solvers that love to help people in the areas of: -Billing questions -Troubleshooting medical alarm devices -Updating information on accounts with extreme accuracy -Researching and resolving any and all issues to best assist our members Daily Expectations: - Log all caller information - Speak to caller in engaging manner - Fully resolve issue in a timely manner - Ensure the caller feels respected, heard and understood Culture on calls: - Must have a warm phone voice and professional demeanor to help customers. - Need to be a great listener and have a desire to make a difference with customers on the calls This position will be 100% remote, but candidates MUST reside in the state of Pennsylvania. Hours will be 9-5:30 with the exception of Tuesdays being 8:30-5 for an all team morning meeting throughout a 3-4 week training. After training, there will be a weekly rotation of 9-5:30 and 9:30-6. There may be occasional Saturday rotations, but you'd be off a day during the week to ensure 2 days off.
