What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Aston Carter?
Description:
- Taking calls and directing them to the appropriate person or taking details messages.
- Tracking hours for employees and completing payroll for their small office of 10 employees or less
- Creating invoices to send to client based off their orders. Will work directly with Parts Specialists to make sure orders are accurate and that clients are being billed accurately.
- Might need to call on over due payments to assure clients are making payments for their orders.
- Due to the clientele this position requires thick skin and the ability to have tough conversations at times.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Office Assistant experience - 1 years
- Strong Excel, Word, & Outlook experience
- Previous experience doing payroll (10 employees or less)
