Description:
Responsible for helping the Accounting team, Project Managers, as well as Area Managers, to provide proper fiduciary control over the company's financial resources and participate in the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial information to company management.
• Work with field personnel on new customer setup as well as project creation through accounting system.
• Work with project managers on the creation of customer invoices, month end accruals and the collection process.
• Utilize customer On-Line Invoice submittal program when necessary.
• Customer Service support.
• Work with Accountants, Project Managers and Are Managers to ensure inputs to the financial statement are accurate and reliable, both in the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Creation of purchase orders prior to vendor purchase. Work with field to ensure purchase order system is being used correctly.
• General ledger account code, review and receipt of accounts payable through purchase order system. Code non-PO invoices accordingly as well as employee expense reports.
• May contact vendors for set-up, pricing, ordering and maintaining needed supplies in the purchase order process.
• Oversee the administrative function of the Company's procurement card program. May code field personnel expenses through on-line system.
• Enter/calculate payroll through daily job input sheets as well as employee's weeklies. This will also include the entry of equipment and supplies used on projects.
• Prepare, review, and/or update weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Arrange meetings/conferences/travel arrangements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' relevant accounting experience required in office manager role or relevant position. In lieu of degree, minimum 5 years' related accounting experience required.
Thorough knowledge of accounting and business principles. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Attention to detail. Strong Microsoft skills. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
