A manufacturing company is looking for a full cycle recruiter!

Description:
This recruiter will be doing full cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles. This person will be responsible for speaking with the GM regarding open roles, posting the positions in Paycor and filtering through candidates to set up initial phone screens. Once candidates have passed the phone screen, the recruiter will bring them onsite for skills testing and in person interviews with the Supervisors. Eventually, this recruiter will also be in charge of the onboarding process for candidates after hire.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- If the candidate has Paycor ATS experience a PLUS
- A degree in an HR field would be a plus
- Experience with heavy industrial equipment manufacturing is a huge plus
