Our client, a leading manufacturer of food additives, is looking to add a receptionist to their St. Louis, MO office.
Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Answer all phone calls and direct them as needed.
• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties for the office area. Including but not limited to, data entry, prioritizing of incoming mail, relaying messages, and filing.
• Records and files incoming invoices.
• Deposits and records all incoming check payments.
• Assists with the planning and execution of employee events.

Administrative support, Microsoft Office, clerical, administrative assistance, data entry, calendar management, calendaring, event planning, invoicing, invoice processing
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative assistance.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work requires excellent written, verbal and group presentation communication skills.
• Work requires the ability to organize materials, set priorities and provide feedback and follow-up.
• Work requires a familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures.
