What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Aston Carter?
Job Description:
Candidates will be responsible for filling REQs within the call centers servicing the PDC specialty clinics. The majority of these skill sets are customer service/call center. Candidates will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, and may assisting in onboarding functions, as well. Identify a well-qualified, diverse pool of candidates through a variety of methods, including but not limited to, job board posting, database searching, cold calling, advertisement, career fairs, networking events, social media, and employee referrals. Develop creative and innovative recruiting strategies and proactively build a pipeline of candidates for current and future needs through active and passive candidate sourcing. Consistently meet or exceed established sourcing and recruiting metrics and report on results. Ensure an engaging candidate experience through all communications and provide valuable information about the PDC organization, culture and total rewards.
Qualifications:
2 years’ experience within recruitment (full cycle), driven, and with strong work ethic

Hours:
Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p
100% REMOTE BUT MUST RESIDE LOCAL IN NC
