Description:
This role entails the management of recruiting, maintenance of HRIS, and significant project management to the Human Resources team. This position encompasses a variety of assignments with regards to coordinating efforts across recruiting, onboarding, and other areas of expertise across the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Managing the recruiting process across all areas of the Bank including partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions.
Recruiting efforts also include:
-Coordinating interviews with candidates including confirming schedules, ensuring internal parties have resumes and other relevant materials, greeting candidates and escorting from each interview location, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
-Drafting offer proposals for approval from the Executive team including recommending appropriate compensation and extending offers to candidates
-Following up with Hiring Managers on candidate feedback and ensuring the recruiting process runs efficiently
-Handling Vendor Management due diligence requests and responsibilities
-Updating materials and reports that are frequently used or requested including org charts, census reports, hiring plans, etc.
-Performing internal audits of record keeping while ensuring the supply area is highly organized
-Overseeing onboarding and offboarding of employees including communicating to appropriate internal parties, kicking off compliance checks, preparing offer packs, preparing departure paperwork, etc.
-Tracking submissions for education assistance and confirming that the appropriate approvals have been collected
-Reconciling and processing invoices in support Human Resources department (collecting signatures and scanning/emailing to Accounts Payable for processing)
-Answering incoming calls to the Human Resources team while providing guidance, fielding questions, and relaying accurate messages/escalating issues as needed
-Purchasing and managing the office supply inventory for the Human Resources suite
-Copying, printing, scanning of materials for various matters and meetings

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

-Strong attention to detail, and highly organized
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Thrives in a high pressure environment and has the ability to work with tight deadlines
-Perform assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis
-Ability to recommend process improvements in the department to enhance efficiency
-Adheres to all applicable Policies and Procedures
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional Details:
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
Hybrid Flexibility: 4 days on-site, one day remote

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
