Inside Sales Consultant
Location: Fully Remote
Description:
End to end selling motion. Leads come through the LDR team. Will be working to sell addressing up to 5 different product lines from discovery to close.
A Day in the Role:
- Be available to consult with small business owners who are inquiring about the product
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals
- Recommend the right solutions based on need across the product ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
- Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach
- Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics
