Sales Office Administrator
Pay: $24-$28 (possibly more depending on experience)
Location: Tempe | Currently working from home until their building finishes construction
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm OR 8:00am-4:00pm
Start: September 1
Interview: One brief phone screen with hiring manager, then a 30-minute in-person meeting with a manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet office visitors. Receive packages. Answers telephones; assists callers and relays messages; opens and distributes mail.
· Coordinate travel, conference room set up, and meals when necessary for executives and company visitors/ customers.
· Coordinates and organizes sales training and sales meetings.
· Initiates and coordinates correspondence related to lead times, quotes, proposals, non-disclosure agreements, and other reports for sales team.
· Responds to / coordinates customer inquiries regarding company products and services, pricing, and availability
· Assists with lead analysis, account management, sales forecasting, price/discount management, and business reporting using Salesforce.
· Manages new and existing contracts relating to the location facility management.
· Work with staff to coordinate projects, scheduling, product-related time and expense tracking using various tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, and SAP.
· Assists with yearly departmental budgeting tasks, compiling monthly spend reports, capital asset tracking with help from finance dept.
· Monitors open orders and supports sales activities related to expedite requests, order tracking, inventory availability/ usage and consignment using Excel and SAP.
Skills and Knowledge
- Outstanding customer service, to include both verbal and written communication skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including SAP and Oracle & MS Office/Excel.
- Minimum of two years’ related experience preferably in in high technology manufacturing or engineering/research environment.
