Description:
Our client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative that will handle new business-to-business account development. Prospecting, cold calls, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, etc. This role will allow you to grow extremely quickly.
Sales representatives also transport samples of products for presentation, which is all taught through a very thorough sales training program. Our training program includes product knowledge, mentorship, sales process and business development strategies.
Base salary starts at $43,000, and with uncapped commission, first year sales representatives will average roughly $70,000.
The vast majority of Sales Representatives work a 4 day work week with no weekends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program
- Have an active driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System
