What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Aston Carter?
Description :
The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for working with customers from initial quote to product being delivered and customer satisfied.
The role will be pivotal with working with and quoting customers appropriately, sending proposals over and following up until customer is ready to make the purchase.
Over time, this individual will learn the products better and engage with customers in person through business meetings.
The role will involve strong experience in a CRM or similar system to stay organized, create plans to engage customers, etc.
- Monitor and enforce schedules for assigned Programs.
- Prepare presentations for Customer meetings associated with assigned Programs.
- Travel as needed for client visits
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- Microsoft Office Applications specifically PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for reporting and Outlook for daily emailing internally and externally
- CRM experience preferred
- 2 years of experience handling end-to-end customer proposals, quotes, etc.
- Bachelors degree preferred
