Aston Carter is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a client in the Rosemont area. This position is open due to growth and restructuring; the Senior Recruiter will be joining a team of 22 HR professionals. The ideal candidate is seasoned in full cycle recruiting and looking to build on their HR career.
Job Description
- Full cycle recruiting – sourcing through offer
- Consulting and redesigning of ATS (iCIMS)
- Networking and cold calling
- Developing effective recruitment strategies
- Analyzing data and trends
- Attending career fairs
- Ensuring compliance/policies are followed
Skills & Qualifications
- ATS experience/proficiency
- Recruiting experience 5 years
- Full cycle recruiting experience 3 years
