This is an entry-level role! Awesome for someone trying to jump start their career in IT Support (1 year of experience required) with a great family-oriented company! Job Duties:
- Respond in a timely manner to email requests for technical assistance
- Assist with general IP networking issues using remote access software for router configuration, port forwarding, and other related tasks
- Troubleshoot alarm systems using remote programming software
- Assist with configuration and troubleshooting of Total Connect and other remote panel services
- Support older hardware and alarm systems not installed by Bay Alarm
Successful Candidates: Best candidates will come retail tech ex : Apple store , or Tech support roles: Help desk experience, troubleshooting, etc.. have customer service experience and excel in fast-paced environments!. Qualified candidates have basic computer skills, ability to operate a phone line, and communicate via phone with internal and external customers.
