What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tier 1 Help Desk position at Aston Carter?
Description:
- Handle inbound calls from customers
-Resolve trouble tickets
-Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
-Install and configure applications and operating system software and upgrades
-Train end users in the use of equipment and software
-Responsible for tracking and documenting all calls and requests
-Monitor network and system health
-Escalate calls when needed to tier 2/ supervisor
Qualifications:
High School or GED required
Degree in IT-related industry preferred
1-2 years experience in help desk position
Proficient configuring Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office suites products
Experience working with Anti-virus/spam software.
Troubleshoot laptop, desktops, and printer issues in a LAN/WAN environment.
