Description:
The Vendor Management Specialist manages vendor master data according to policy to ensure timely, accurate processing of requests to set up, change or inactivate vendor records, and to reduce financial and procurement risk to the company.
The position reports to the vendor owner through Shared Services.
Review vendor set up forms and onboarding documents for completeness and accuracy
Set up new vendors or update existing vendors in systems according to Vendor operating procedures
Communicate with vendors and internal customers to answer questions and resolve issues
Maintain vendor information and files safely and in an organized manner
Monitor and address the Accounts Payable queues for invoices without active vendors
Manage vendor email inbox
Manage vendor submissions in DropBox
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive data

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with NetSuite or Coupa ERP preferred
Proficient in Google G-Suite programs preferred
Proficient with Mac-OS preferred
