Tier 1 Support Specialist
Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Tier 1 Support Specialist. This is a full-time onsite position based in the Lakewood, CO area.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software support for Windows and some Mac desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot user accounts, software and hardware problems
- Appropriately escalate problems to designated support levels using defined processes
- Respond to all requests for assistance
- Log and report each service request
- Close out trouble calls
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Six months of light technical support experience
- No experience needed with a vocational technical school certificate (HDI)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required
