We are looking for a Director of Account Management/heavily experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. You will supervise Account Representatives (we call ours Program Advisors) to ensure startup client needs are met, revenue is attained, and increase each clients lifetime value to our company. You will also be responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities with our product team. Our ideal candidate has a drive for achieving goals and maintaining a great client experience first and foremost. We also expect you to bring forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and create a positive culture within your team that ultimately increases revenue while building successful long-term client relationships.
- Set revenue targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies for the accounts team (10-15 individuals)
- Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction, success, and growth
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues, inquiries, and establish processes for the future
- Generate innovative ideas to support clients success and boost brand and cross product awareness
- Use client feedback to improve client experience by working with product team in developing new product features
- Report on revenue growth results on a regular basis and suggest improvements using proposal process
- Ensure brand consistency, product to fit alignment for clients, and overall support team endeavors
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the account management team
- Organize meetings with the account management team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Senior account manager
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Familiarity with sales and growth performance metrics
- Exemplary team recruitment, leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills with a client service attitude
- Strong analytical, process driven, and organization building skills
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
