We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Analyst who will work with our Global Logistics department as a key point of contact for warehouses, trucking companies, procurement, and sales support to ensure the on-time delivery of our products. Additionally, they will assist with product distribution and inventory management throughout the U.S.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Analyst who will work with our Global Logistics department as a key point of contact for warehouses, trucking companies, procurement, and sales support to ensure the on-time delivery of our products. Additionally, they will assist with product distribution and inventory management throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Main point of contact for warehouse
- Communicate with internal and external parties through phone and email
- Monitor and data enter warehouse receiving through manual or EDI reporting
- Record lot numbers and case quantities in accordance with Inventory Control and Finance SOPs
- Arrange for shipment release of outbound orders
- Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control / inventory control
- Coordinate Warehouses transfers
- Manage documentation and system.
- Determine the cause for inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepancies
- 1 -3 years in international logistics, warehouse customer service and/or order processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
- Robust problem-solving skills are a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in his or her work
- Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player
