Registered Nurse
Overview:

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in condition
- Provide patient education on various health topics, including family planning and primary care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Assist with case management and ensure continuity of care for patients
- Perform specialized procedures such as gastric lavage, IV insertion, and IV infusion
- Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret laboratory results
- Assist with mammography screenings and provide support to patients
Qualifications:
- Valid license in Indiana
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient needs
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
