Summary of Responsibilities:
Are you looking to energize your future? We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support ATC's new CEO. In this role, you'll provide specialized support by interacting with company employees, the Board of Directors, regulators, community and business contacts, and customers. While this role will primarily be in the office, there is flexibility for occasional remote work.Essential Responsibilities:
You'll use your seven or more years' progressive experience providing support and/or management for a CEO or senior level officer to plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedules are followed and respected, provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, and interface with executives across the organization. You'll use your proficiency in MS Office to assist with correspondence, including proprietary and confidential information, support material creation and preparation for corporate and industry presentations, maintain the CEO's calendar and coordinate the CEO's travel arrangements.
This is a role where there is a high level of trust to respond quickly to changing priorities and emerging situations while maintaining professionalism and approachability.
