Energize your career at ATC! We’re looking for a Project Controls Program Manager to join our growing team as we lead the renewable energy transition to ensure exceptional reliability for tomorrow. The Project Controls Program Manager will leverage their expertise in data analysis, risk management, and communication supporting the Project Controls Office (PCO). In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, providing insightful program and project performance reporting, and fostering continuous improvement across the program. You will also gain valuable experience in system administration, managing ATC's Primavera scheduling software.
Leveraging your bachelor's degree in engineering, business, data analytics or construction management, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiative planning, providing system administration to Primavera, and establishing departmental change control processes. You will also champion strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals through effective planning, execution, and progress tracking. Additionally, you will establish PCO risk monitoring and reporting practices to support ATC's construction risk program.
A key aspect of the role is utilizing data analytics to generate insightful reports and data visualizations using PowerBI to empower informed decision-making by management. You will enjoy establishing and managing program performance metrics through KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis. Finally, you will foster continuous improvement by actively engaging with stakeholders and providing leadership on process and tool enhancements.
