Budget Analyst

We’re looking for a Budget Analyst to assist in the preparation of the annual O&M budget, monthly O&M forecast, multi-year O&M forecast and other analyses necessary for the support of internal and business reporting activities surrounding O&M. Essential Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll use your bachelors degree in finance and five years’ experience in budgeting/forecasting, accounting or finance to partner with departmental leadership and provide guidance with respect to O&M budgets/forecasts, prepare monthly payroll and cost allocation forecasts and coordination of project rate and headcount information with departmental delegates, and prepare and analyze monthly O&M variance reporting and departmental forecasting metrics. You’ll also aid in the preparation of monthly financial materials to be used at the Executive levels, prepare Board materials in the approval of the yearly operating budget and support the preparation of executive presentations and ad hoc analysis.
