Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a psychiatric setting
- Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment
- Monitor patients for changes in mental status and report any concerns
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Skills: Two years of RN experience in behavioral health department is required.
Certification/Licenses:
- RN License
- Primary Source Verification
- AHA BLS
Schedule Notes: Must be able to work 3 * 12 hr shifts a week including alternating weekends and holidays
