Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Polisher to join our team. As a Polisher, you will be responsible for finishing metal surfaces to a high standard of quality. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in various polishing techniques and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities:

- Polish metal surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

- Remove imperfections such as scratches, burrs, and rough edges

- Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Experience in metal polishing or related field preferred

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for polishing purposes

- Familiarity with welding, milling machines, forklift operation, and sheet metal fabrication is a plus

- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
