JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS Be the Multi Unit Manager in the daily operations of Multiple Retail Automotive Stores, doing everything you can to help drive YOUR businesses over a million dollars in revenue, including recruiting, training and directing team members to serve clients better than they ever expected. Requirements: - A minimum of 3-5 years of extraordinary Managing of Multiple Stores. - A passion for becoming a leader that serves everyone you encounter and a willingness to know more about cars than all of your friends - Willingness to work weekends - Clear track record of building meaningful relationships. - Willingness to lead and live our service philosophy in exchange for opportunity to serve 75-125 valued team members. - Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth retail company environment - Ability to perform math calculations - Established reputation as an unquestioned high integrity top performer - 3 references that verify history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and solid 50+ hour work ethic. - A valid state driver's license and clean driving record and access to reliable transportation. -. You must be able to understand the value of turning in reports in a timely manner. Ensure your Store Managers are up to high standards when it comes to their sales, staffing training, and labor control.
