Job Title: Marketing Assistant II 

 
What you will bring:

As the Marketing Assistant II at ACBB, you'll be at the forefront of executing our game-changing marketing strategy. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and the Marketing Manager to enhance and manage marketing initiatives, ensuring they align seamlessly with the bank's overall goals.

Requirements

Essential Duties:

• Contribute to the execution of marketing campaign plans and processes, ensuring alignment with set goals, while actively participating in the development of compelling content.
• Craft emails, audit and enhance current marketing materials.
• Creating engaging LinkedIn posts.
• Preparing effective communications for events.
• Support the Marketing Manager in engaging with stakeholders, including the CEO, CBO, and teams across lending, advisory, sales, and      product development.
• Aid in the maintenance of a departmental scorecard to track marketing strategy and campaign performance.
• Fuel your growth through professional development and contribute to a culture of excellence within the team.
• Participate in cross-departmental teams and ensure compliance with organizational training and regulatory standards. 

Non-Essential Duties:

• Perform other related duties in support of the Bank's objectives, policies, and procedures, including BSA, AML, OFAC, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Willingly learn other duties within the department to provide backup when necessary for coverage purposes. 

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional qualification
• 2 years of experience in corporate marketing, agency, public relations, or related role; experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software. I.e. – MS 365, Salesforce
• Ability to write for publication and to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, technical marketing skills, and experience, or relevant education
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain trust
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change.
• Additional Skills/Experience in the following areas are a Strong Plus: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Strong understanding of marketing strategies and market dynamics; Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
