## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries professionally.
## Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
## Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
